Data gathered for the 1810 federal census of Boston and the Islands in Boston Harbour (Apple, Calf, Castle, Deer, George's, Governor's, Great Brewster, Gree, Hog, Lighthouse, Long, Noodles, Outer Brewster, Rainsford, Spectacle, and Thompson's). Subscribed by Josiah Snelling, Assistant to the Marshall of Massachusetts District, on 30 November 1810. Contains the following columns: names of streets, no of houses, names of heads of families, males under 10, from 10 to 16, from 16 to 26, from 26 to 45, over 45, Females under 10, from 10 to 16, from 16 to 26, from 26 to 45, over 45, all other free persons except Indians, and aggregate.
